UMMB member Health facilities contributed 0.83% and donations were 25.6% of the strategic plan budget 2022/26.

Only 50% of member health facilities received PHC and 25% received RBF. Determination on performance of member Health facilities’ user fees is inadequate due to lack of a centralized reporting system from HFs to Secretariat.
